One consultation is $125 and can last up to 60 minutes. Meetings do not last more than one hour. There are no refunds or additional sessions if the meeting concludes in under 60 minutes.

When you schedule an appointment, you can include a summary of your case. Start by describing your case using “who, what, when, where, and why.” Then fill in any additional details. Make a note of the areas in which you need help. Be concise as space is limited.
The attorney may direct self-represented parties to the correct forms and answer questions about rules or procedure, but the forms may be required to be completed and affirmed by the client without the attorney’s further participation or acknowledgement.
